We prioritize freshness and quality — your coffee is prepared for dispatch quickly and shipped with tracking.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep it sealed, cool, and dry. Avoid sunlight and moisture. For best results, store in an airtight container.

Do you offer whole bean or ground?

Check the product page options. If you’re unsure, email info@antsti.com and we’ll recommend the best grind for your brew method.

Do you ship internationally?

No — at this time, we ship within the United States only.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the USA.

How much is shipping?


  • Standard Shipping: Free

  • Express Shipping: $25

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to help. Email info@antsti.com ASAP with your order number.

Once an order ships, we may not be able to change the address.

How long does delivery take?


  • Standard (Free): 3–4 business days

  • Express ($25): 1–2 business days

When will my order ship?

Most orders dispatch in 1–2 business days.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes — tracking is provided for every order once dispatched.

My tracking says delivered but I can’t find my package — what do I do?

Check with household members/neighbors and any safe drop locations first. Then email info@antsti.com and we’ll help you investigate.

Do you accept returns?

Our returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Because coffee is a consumable product, returns may be limited.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email info@antsti.com within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

    We’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been processed/shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is accepted and in progress, cancellations may not be possible.

We currently ship within the United States only.
