Return Policy – Whole Bean Coffee
At Antsti Fuel, we take pride in delivering fresh, premium whole-bean coffee. Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bags. This ensures product safety and quality for every customer.
☕ Non-Returnable Items (Food Safety)
Whole bean coffee cannot be returned if:
- The bag has been opened
- The seal is broken
- The product has been used or partially used
✅ Returns & Replacements (When Allowed)
1. Coffee arrives damaged
If your bag arrives punctured, torn, or compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Wrong product received
If we sent you the wrong roast or size, we will replace it immediately.
3. Defective product
If there is an issue with product quality, please reach out with details and photos.
📸 What We Need
Please email info@antsti.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (if damaged or incorrect)
- A short description of the problem
⏳ Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.

- We do not accept returns due to taste preference.
- Any returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
